Either one doesn't make it look ANY better, nor does it reinforce your "side" at all. The fact that you think this is an effective, relevant argument should be exhibit #1 in proving just how far people like you will go to justify the behavior of those on your side.

You sound ridiculous. What do you think an unlocked gate proves? Lay it out for me.

Breaking the plane of posted property can be considered breaking and entering, even if you don’t physically break anything.
