He had Power 5 offers when you made that comment. This has nothing to do with the fact that he was just offered. This has to do with the fact that he’s realizing that he has some big opportunities out there and he wants to explore them. Like most, I don’t expect him to stick with Tech. But he didn’t just start receiving big offers yesterday or anything. One thing to keep in mind, Kyle Williams is now the DC at his high school. He can certainly help him through the recruiting process.

O said Tuesday he’s looking to add another RB. Hopefully it’s this guy

I think he said top running back.
I am not sure that 10th rated running back counts as "top".
But I am biased, I would not take but 1 running back per year unless a top 2 or 3 RB wanted to sign up.

It is humorous to me how some of them add “Respect my decision” at the end. Lol

So you wouldn’t take Darrell Williams, Ty Davis Price or Nick Brossette? LSU has put more than a few guys outside of 247s Top 10 into the NFL...

hmm, you either misunderstood or I did not make my point clearly. I have no problem taking a running back who is not in the top 3, but I would not take a second RB unless that guy is absolute gold plated superstar.
Or maybe a top rated guy that is just can't miss.
I was happy with Ty Davis Price, but if you are going to add a five star guy to the class, then I am really happy.
I am happy with any RB the coaches think can contribute, but I am biased by the NFL attitudes I guess. With our current offense, I want more WR and less RB than I used too.
With Les Miles, I would expect to take multiple RB every year. Some could play FB, and sharing the load was important.
I think 1 per year with a second when there is attrition will give you sufficient depth. I am more concerned with having 9 WR for 3 spots than 4 RB for 1 spot.
