progressive minded university, for most blacks, LSU will never be that, even those who attend.
Please give us some ideas that would make LSU more progressive in your mind
What is the % of Americans are black between the ages of 18-23?
What is % of black students at LSU?

Not that it isnt by numbers, just most blacks, especially in Louisiana will never think it is, most blacks in Louisiana when I told them I went to LSU acted as if I was the only one walking around or I only saw another one every blue moon unless it was an athlete and thats the perception, and it needs to change. While I was there I saw it as diverse on its face but segregated. You have a lot of minority groups, free speech, but no one group truly intertwined with others until sporting events, the forced living situations, obvious situations. It wasnt mandated that way, it was just the way it was, groups stayed to themselves but there was no real push to bring them together either and that was highly noticeable.
