I have adjusted to WFH and I really don’t want to go back to the office. WFH is massively better in every way.

I'm supposed to go back in September. Not really looking forward to it.
I'm hoping that just keep extending WFH. Kinda crossing my fingers for a few more cases to pop up in the office...

They tried to start staging us back into the office then Houston had this recent spike in cases. Back to working from home full time.
We can go in, but it’s strictly voluntary.
I went in last week one day and I was the only person on the entire floor. Which was actually kinda nice. And with the cleaning policies is probably as safe as going to Kroger or Specs.
My home office setup is nice. Ergonomic chair, keyboard, mouse. Dell docking station, dual 27” monitors, and monitor mount. I’m spoiled. But to be honest for my role it’s just not as effective. I need that face time with folks to perform the role as it should be. So I look forward to going back but he having the option to still WFH 2-3 days a week if I want to.

They keep kicking the can down the road, and this country is fractured, but they are on the verge of cancelling college football for Gods sake. They tell me sept at the earliest, But this can is gonna get kicked into November.

I used to hate wfh, but since March I wft at least 3 days a week and if I have to go somewhere it's usually the bank, post office or I'll have a scheduled meeting...I do go to my office once in a while to just chill and change of scenery. If I get too stir crazy I'll just shut the phone off and go fishing or grab a buddy and go day drinking somewhere......
not many 3 hours liquid lunches lately...which I do miss the most
So I just have all day liquid lunches at my house...
