I've been wfh for 3 years.

I love it. It is one of the job perks.

I do have 3 monitors (2 real monitors and I work on an open laptop).
Company provided everything including print/scan/fax, desk, chair, and supplies.

I'm generally more productive because I dont have chit chat in the office.

I work fewer hours than I did with a physical office because I used to make outbound work calls during my 45-60 minute commute.
