They hire a bunch a punks and thugs and lazy women for welders helpers and firewatch. They are the ones who are supposed to cover up flammable materials and hoses and wiring, etc. with fire blankets, and keep an eye out for sparks and fires when the welders are working. All they really do, is sit on a bucket and play on their phones or sleep. Many of the women are off selling BJs in some hiding place. Good old affirmative action at work.
