The fact he can give a rough percentage with any confidence means its tracked - and, to me, invalidates the whole enterprise

40% inaccuracy essentially means not really accurate at all when it comes to public policy

I agree and the EMA Director that I mentioned agrees... He does not count any rapid test positive cases until they are confirmed by a follow up "long" test...

He has some common sense... He also said that the guidance for counting was all over the place and changed multiple times daily... Said he figures you cannot be "wrong" with all that great "guidance"...

However, he is honestly trying to accurately track the data for that area he is responsible for...
