This is an old article, but this agent is far better than pepper spray and tear gas. Time to put it into use.

It would seem appropriate for places like Portland and Seattle where the rioters persist. Kinda like borax powder for cockroaches, spray the crowd on night 3 and the residue will prevent a night 4. (no offense to cockroaches which are a higher life form than BLM and Aunty Teefa)

Would it be a deterrent? Many of these AntiFa types looks as if they are not too concerned with the rigors of daily grooming and personal hygiene.
