I wouldn’t brag about it. If your unit is too big I it’s a problem. Part of the HVAC job is to lower the humidity. If it’s cooling the air too fast it’s not removing the moisture from the air. The unit will actually kick on and off more citing you more $$$ than a properly sized AC.
