If for whatever reason you do subscribe to such nonsense, why is it not appropriate for any given population, company, group, etc. to simply mirror the respective percentage of the overall population i.e. 12% AA, 5% hispanic or whatever it may be? What is the rationale behind anything less then 50% AA being unacceptable?
