Let's take a moment and remember I'm new to the AR, and so are a lot of other folks. We're not buying to join the club, we want functional, safe firearms for need, and then for range fun (and most will be close-range). Accuracy is secondary, as long as it can hit center mass at 50 yds and in.

Are we talking about something metal-fatigue related, or a part walking out when using?
