Since I'm new to this platform-
mine is a 1:7 twist. 16.5" barrel. I've heard that bullet weights like different lengths and twists.
Buddy of mine said should be good with 55gr bullets, I've read somewhere that heavier bullets do better with what I have.
Is it definitive, and is it noticeable within 100 meters?

You’ll be fine with any grain ammo with 1:7. The gun and bullets will shoot better than you.
