That’s some childish behavior right there. I haven’t been playing long, but I know not to do that. Every now and then I’ll pick up my ball if I’m having a really bad hole (never when playing for money), but I always finish the round.

I feel like what he did is the adult version of a temper tantrum when you take away a kids toy.

Unfortunate situation for you.

Have y’all tried playing not for money a few rounds and see if he cuts it out?

I have, but I can't change the whole game for one guy.

And to be honest, this group is so evenly matched, there is hardly a time where the pot gets too big.

We play group skins and birdies. Within a individual foursome we might play Wolf.

The money is usually something to laugh about over beers after the round. Wouldn't be surprised by years end that most of us are back to even.
