No, it's not a documentary on the Philadelphia Eagles, it's a three hour special on the best band ever.

"Coinciding with the holiday weekend, a new Eagles concert film titled Live from The Forum MMXVIII will premiere on ESPN this Sunday, July 5, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.

The movie features performances from a sold-out three-night stand the Eagles played on September 12, 14 and 15, 2018, in the L.A. suburb of Inglewood, California. The program will be introduced by ESPN announcer Chris Berman, a longtime Eagles fan."

They are really underrated IMO... Freys Son and Vince Hill seem to fit right in

One original member(Henley). I couldn't go see them after Glenn Frey died. That being said The Eagles are legendary & I stand by that.

The Forum in Inglewood is an amazing venue. I went to a show there in November. Not one suite in the entire arena. Old school. So much history at that arena. It's right next to the new Rams/Chargers stadium.

Hate that I missed it ... if you notice a replay, repost.

I took live video of Hotel California about a year before Glen Frey died... and some other bits and pieces.

Great band ... saw them three times ...but The Beatles were clearly the best band of all-time. It is The Beatles, then everybody else.

The Eagles threads are some of my favorites. It doesn’t take long to tell who the musicians are and who the dabblers/listeners are.

The number of bands left today that could accurately sing and perform the harmonies alone would be minuscule. Not to mention the lead players that could perform solos to the level of Felder and Walsh.

Regardless of what you think of the material (lots of it I don’t care for), their musicianship, with the exception of Henley’s drumming, was off the charts.

They used to have a girl singer that would perform with them sometimes. Kind of cute. Linda something or other. I wonder whatever happened to her.
