So apparently they tried to move this statue in 1980 and it was blocked by a district judge under permanent injunction, stating it could not be moved. Would this still hold up and is what the city doing illegal?

My question is "When is a court ruling expired?" Roe vs Wade. Is that expired? Same sex marriage. Is that expired? Is this something new that ONLY the left gets to do? If so, then ALL laws and rulings have officially expired, including the 16th Amendment.

One more thing for the coward mayor-president to consider. General Lafayette was a close friend and a huge supporter of George Washington, a man somehow now deemed to be evil because Washington owned slaves. Perhaps it's time to change the name of that city he presides over that is named after someone who admired and hobnobbed with a slave owner.
