Cops are just people bro, they are just as likely to be frickups or shitheads as anyone else.

It is not about whether the cop had the right to the ID or pulling him out the car, it is that it could have been handled in a much different manner and made initiating the use of force unnecessary.

If your goal is to get the license to issue a ticket there is zero lost by simply stating you were speeding and argue with the judge, he decides guilt.

Both these men simply dug into a position neither really needed to defend.

Fatboy needed to STFU and hand over the license and Mr MHP had no need to escalate over refusing to state a reason for the stop.
