Just so you'll know, Dallas Austin and Houston ICU's are suddenly full to overfilled. Not great
The Medical Center in Jackson has adult patients with Covid in the Pediatric ICUs. Not all ICU patients are covid as they are still having cardiac surgery, people still have heart attack, etc., so not sure how much longer they can keep doing non emergency surgeries due to capacity.

Because you in fact, have to have two negative covid tests prior to release. That alone will hold up beds...even when really not needed.
