Someone went full on molecular gastronomy on that challenge with mint beer spheres or something like that, but still finished behind my chorizo meatloaf.

When I lived in Charlotte years and years ago, I lived downtown near the Johnson & Wales Culinary academy and would run into students at a nearby bar and they’d come in and they’d be talking about a class they were taking on MG and they’d have shite they made in class... like, one time, a kid had a full breakfast dish that was steak and potatoes, but there were no “steak and potatoes” on the plate

Never had the urge to attempt that type of shite.

Russian Imperial Stout to be precise. I associated caviar with Russian food, so I made caviar out of the brew.
