This case will be entirely dependent on whatever the laws are in Oklahoma about being able to shoot people committing theft on your property. If I had to guess, the law probably only allows you to shoot if someone is trying to enter the domicile or approach your person.

Stealing or not, you can't shoot someone in the back as they run away and are no threat to you or your family.
