There were no riots in Lafayette, Lake Charles and Shreveport. You can put that talking point away.

there were multiple protests in LC

i don't even think the reports/studies about protesting not causing an increase say the protests didn't cause spread, they argue that the protests scaring a huge population off the streets caused an offset that didn't lead to net spread
