I need to get up to speed on what kind of team VT will be putting on the field this year. I've hardly followed them at all this off season, probably because I was so pissed off about the bowl loss.

I am predicting Nebraska to surprise people this year. THey had a great offense last year and I don't think it will go in the tank this quickly. Their defense was horrid and I think at the very least Pellini will make that respectable. So you have a team with a good offense and a respectable Defense.....take what you will from it. I have Mizzou winning the Big 12 north with Nebraska pushing them.

Great atmosphere, good tailgating (war Johnsonville brats), really friendly fans. Opposing fans are practically adopted and taken in as family by the NU faithful. Famously, NU fans gave UT and Ricky Williams an ovation after UT ended NU's home winning streak back in 97 or 98.

Very good people up there.
