Docs & ER departments. All I'm saying is that now that there is room, a medical professional may not sending those home who "may" be on the fence of needing medical observation when there is ample bed space. Before it was a true triage due to limited space .. and now it's not so it's perhaps easier to make the decision to admit people for observation.

I'm not claiming any type of coalition.

You ever been to an ER for medical attention? I’m not sure it works like that.

Hospitals in Louisiana reached capacity and turned away patients during COVID?
