My money’s on Susan Rice. She’s dishonest to her core, and she knows where the bodies are buried. Whereas, Heels up is a vacuous Empty Suit who is basically window dressing in a identity politics contest. Rice checks that box just as easily.
Biden needs Rice to keep his secrets while the people that control both of these frauds actually run the country. He doesn’t need Harris.
