It already has. According to Ryan Clark who coaches the bootleggers 7 on 7 team. The quarterback position has evolved over the last few years. He said that is why we are seeing better rated quarterbacks in Louisiana. If you have never heard of the bootleggers, they are probably the best 7 on 7 team in the state
