Agreed.
Like I said, none of these players are going to die.
But people acting like this is no big deal, especially in terms of what it means for a potential football season this fall are being willfully ignorant.

I agree but only in the sense that the backlash from the media and public could be enough to shut it down.
But it makes no sense to shut it down scientifically or medically in light of this news. If anything this makes it easier to play
If 75% of our team has gotten it and fully recovered by August how is that anything but a good thing?
And before I get accused of only caring about the players playing and not about their health or some bullshite, I have the same exact same opinion about the student body writ large.
IMO the more young healthy people who get it and recover this summer the better
