He might be emotional, but he's anything but useless. He's one of my best installers.

I ran into a similar situation a week ago. I had to let someone know he is a great value to my business and I appreciate him & what he's done for my company. I understand the current climate and the BLM movement, but at the end of the day its my company and I set company policy.

I provide jobs and pay well above the average salary and as a result I'm able to retain a strong and loyal staff. I make decisions everyday to ensure this business succeeds and remains profitable which benefits ALL of us. I choose to run this company free of political views, the staff is expected to do the same on company time and in company vehicles.
