From what I’m seeing it dates back possibly as early as 348 AD

Imagine the hands it could have passed through.


Soldiers, sailors, whores and hangmen.
It’s the oldest thing man made thing I own now, other than fossils.

Would be cool to write a story imagining the journey of the coin from minting to my hand
