Correct. TVA owns the grounds and buildings. The owners lease the property. The old owners did not renew their lease so now the TVA is looking for new owners. The TVA has a small maintenance staff taking care of the property until then.

We have been selling land assets off lately and considering selling other assets at other recreational areas, if anyone had the money to buy it, right now would be good time to go to the board and ask to buy it.
