I understand the slippery slope and it makes sense. A cock swinging tranny will likely try to enter women's locker rooms but they will be stopped and the tranny will sue. Hopefully if it goes that far the judiciary rules that people can be separated based on the criterion of physical genitalia.

With that said, state sport's organizations need to drop the male/female paradigme and just have two classes of athletes: persons born with cocks and persons born with vaginas.
