It’s actually 14-34 years old but, the crimes committed by minors aren’t being calculated into the statistic because it will look even worse.

once upon a time we saw a book that claimed that 84 iq is average black iq.
i taught a 6th grade in nj that had a few kids, all black girls, iq from 50 to 75. 7th grade they got sorted out. A students together. B together. C et cetera.
there was one black boy was high 120s iq.
those girls had zero shot unless they made a hit song.
i cant imagine they even graduated high school.
how do those people make it in our society?
the mindless factory work is in china or bangladesh now.

im in California now.
every year they test the kids.
4% of blacks get the superior level.

Asians own the top tier.
caucasians close 2nd.

1) Is this your acknowledgment that you are a Socialist/Marxist/Communist?
2) Are you either A) A member of Antifa or #BLM, or 2) Do you openly support either group?

That is what the numbers show, but it is a hell of a lot more complicated. It is more a socioeconomic issue. Poor, government programs for children and single mothers, mothers encouraged with financial rewards for having no husband at home, lack of parenting skills, social influences, government propaganda specifically aimed at them. All this is due to programs that the democrats have targeted them with to create this voting block that can be counted on to act as they ask, vote how they ask, think what they ask. The democrats are more than willing to sacrifice lives, economy, other people's future, and other people's happiness for power and perks that come with power. Perks like cush deals for their kids, kickbacks, and the occasional pallet of cash that you don't actually send to an enemy of the Country.
You would think that we would be able to develop a psychological test to identify these people before they run for office and take them directly to incarceration before inflicting their shite on the rest of humanity.

Sure, that's a YUUGE part of it. The toxic culture is another prime cause.
But my point, which some of you are missing, is that 1) Young black males commit a disproportionate amount of crime, and 2) Committing crime attracts law enforcement.
Hence, the reason why we always see a disproportionate number of interactions between police and young black men. But, our stupid PC culture does not allow anybody to discuss this obvious dynamic.
