For street dwellers, the street is their domicile. Stabbing someone in your domicile is a domestic dispute. A social services case worker should be phoned.

All of a sudden, all those degreed college grads with their less than valuable social work degrees will find employment. At least they'll be employed until the domestic violence does to them what it does to police.

But, riddle me this, with the tendency of prosecutors to down grade crimes to get perps to have lesser sentences and NO trials but minor convictions, will this mean that some crimes are downgraded and this makes them not a crime at all?

That's one way to lower those crime rates.

It would be OK if we were talking these newer "crimes" they added over the last couple decades like "hate crime" and bullying bs. Redundant crimes when they just didn't enforce the originals and such. Responses to "well there oughta be a law".

But the implementation of this will be more like the law determining, "nope didn't see a thing" when a real crime is occurring.

"Burn this MF down" is in no way shape, form, nor fashion, calling for a riot ya know. Just a mere expression of the 1A.
