Piece of Meat, Butcher, Shank, Laughing Buddha etc... any of those spots would be able to get them with a bit of notice.

I found them at Sams a year ago, I’m in Texas, not sure if that matters. They were damn good coming off the smoker, they took a lot of prep work though. If you find them post up some pics when you finish them.
