I just had a pair of Brines that I broke the arm off of replaced with a brand new pair with new lenses and all for free. Then I submitted a repair request for a pair of Blackfin with a cracked lens and they want $195 to fix! I only paid $169 for them brand new! As I posted in another Costa thread, Costa was bought out by Luxottica. The parent company to Rayban and a bunch of other designer brands. I figured it wouldn’t be long before their reputation was ruined.

I have a pair of saltbreaks up there right now. Replacing frame free of charge because the rubber nose piece was coming off. No receipt needed and they were pretty old.

If this is true that they got bought out by Rayban then I believe the service will go down. I tried to get a pair of Rayban's replaced because both lenses were peeling and it was only about 8 months old. They flat out refused. I had receipt and original box.

I always had good customer service with Costa. Hopefully, that doesn't change.
