I thought your opinion was that college soccer was garbage. Are you saying a high draft pick actually provides a tangible benefit? Also these teams make a lot of money from their gate revenue. That’s a massive loss if your team sucks.

It is garbage but sometimes a Jack Harrison is there, dude was a top player as a rookie

Correct but those loses are offset by the revenue that is shared. Most MLS teams don’t make a profit. That revenue trickled down helps get the back to breaking even

It will make the league much more competitive bc every match counts
