Because they aren't fulfilled with their own lives. They are indoctrinated into this sort of inferiority type thinking. They see themselves as part of a collective rather than as an individual. And, that collective is a failure so they feel like failures.
Also, many Blacks are outright jealous of Whites. Jealous that Whites get married more so than Blacks. Jealous that Whites are more successful as a group. Jealous that Whites are more communal and take care of their communities more so than Black Americans.

Whites had a 400 year head start to be “more successful”. While white people were going to colleges and had all the opportunity to learn and gain knowledge. Blacks were denied education for centuries, killed for trying to get an education, and when blacks could finally go to school, they couldn’t go to school with whites.. so don’t sit here and say “ whites are more successful” when your success is based off of Blacks building this country for absolutely nothing in return.

During the time 1920-1950 Blacks actually led the national average in nuclear families and reading/writing proficiency in public schools.
It was the Democrat policies of rewarding failure that changed all of that.
