I haven't seen anything legit posted yet.
There have been some laws that perhaps affect blacks more than others, but that is not necessarily systemic racism. There is no way any law can have exact outcomes across all racial groups.
I have yet to see a law or policy aimed with intent to harm a racial group.

Murder is illegal. More AA commit murder and are convicted. Therefore, murder being illegal is racist against blacks. That is some of the logic being displayed here.
