I wish the government would stop trying to "fix" things.

Seriously, how is borrowing about a half trillion dollars from other countries going to do any good.

I've got a stimulus proposal. It's called corporate tax reductions.

Yeah, that's worked so well the last 8 years.
Recessions are a part of free market economies. Just so happens that this one is in an election year, so everyone has to have a bailout plan. I think we should just let it happen and get on with life. Things will come back -- eventually. You sign a loan you couldn't afford, tough. Give loans to people that couldn't afford them, tough.

This is why the stimulus checks won't be sent out until next year.
They have to make the loan with China, three kings from one palace and orient are and Timbuktwo first.

Yeah, way to know what you're talking about. The U.S. corporate tax rate was last lowered in 1986, and is still at 35% today. ( LINK) Virtually all developed countries in the world now have lower corporate tax rates than the U.S. does. ( LINK)

corporate tax rate structures make no sense to me.

the highest marginal rate in the whole fricking thing is for the bracket between earning $100k and $335k.
