Racist: a person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of other races, or who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
So are you saying a white guy that says “I hate n-word” isn’t racist? I believe he is.

You’d have to know how he defines the “n-word“
If he uses it to mean all black people then yeah probably.
Saying “I hate trailer trash” wouldn’t be racist
I don’t use the n word and never will. This isn’t a defense of the morality of it. Just an argument of your simple presumption
