LSU was in a no win situation.

In today's environment, if someone has their texts or snaps or whatever exposed by a doxxer, the only satisfactory response (according to the Twitter mob) by an institution is to throw the alleged racism overboard within the first 30 seconds of the outing, otherwise "it took too long." Due process be damned.

It is in everyone's interest for this racist student to withdraw from the university. If he wants to press the issue, then LSU should bite the bullet and kick him out, even if it means he has a valid lawsuit.
