The words racism and racist have no meaning anymore. I've seen people on twitter cite Merriam-Webster and Oxford dictionary to prove that twitter mobsters were using the word(s) incorrectly, and the mob's retort is generally that those dictionaries, you know, the PEER-REVIEWED dictionaries across the world, are outdated definitions of those words. Yeah, cool, just make up your own definition and go with it
