When all the inner cities defund and reduce police presence, crime will go up. Then, it becomes the opposite narrative they want when inner city violence is soaring. It derails all the leftist hot buttons for gun control, race statistics, etc.

They have no idea what they are actually asking for. Small groups of political activists, and the media, have the masses whipped up in a frenzy.
