Market cap is a little over $500M...
WTF? Surely the leases, IP, geographical advantages, access to the brine, no need for permits etc are worth the Market Cap less cash delta. Doesn't make much sense IMO.

I think that pre-market move was on low volume. Already back green on the day. I'm a novice charter, but it seems like $3-3.20 is a good support we might be bouncing off of. Traded sideways in this area for the first 6 months of last year before it made it's big moves to the 7s, 10s and 12
