Wait are we talking about cops being dickheads or cops killing people? Some coos being dickheads is not a racial issue.
Also cops only have the justifications to do things like you describe because of the people they deal
with, 90% are dickheads and a significant number of that 90% are violent. Let your guard up as a cop for just a second and you could be dead. Do you think cops that at most are writing jaywalking citations would act like that? Nope they do because a certain percentage of the people they deal with WOULD attack them with the crutches.
