Proterra was a SPAC unicorn. People tried to link it to about 10 different spacs. Qell has former Proterra CEO on its board but stated multiple times that they wanted to go for a picks and shovel of EV.
Too bad it wasn't Qell though, I had triple the amount sitting there v/s ACTC. Can't complain. Perhaps Solid Power, TuSimple, Plus, Hesai. Already a second Qell filed.
