I think there's been a somewhat significant overestimation on this website as to what antifa consists of and their ability to organize under a single flag for a single purpose, and the ability execute a mission statement. Which the mission statement nonspecific and broad....."Governments suck, let's burn them all down".

It's not an organization, it's a movement consisting of loosely associated, like minded individuals or perhaps packs of individuals. Yes, those packs can coordinate amomgst themselves, but we ain't talking DNC cohesion, plan, strategy and reliability of funding.

They're so loosely organized that any lines of communication tying vast plans and specific activities that they'd be sitting ducks for infiltration by government. Their tactics are rather simplistic, we're not talking al Qaeda planning of 9/11 here. They're rudderless opportunists who aren't working as a group toward some overarching goal. They're literal anarchists, and literal anarchists don't tend to play well with organizational structure and taking orders from a hierarchy of leaders.

Referring back to the mention of associated "packs" of people, yes, it's reasonable to suspect that some benefactor is funding their efforts when an opportunity arises, but there ain't no checks or direct deposit going to any jaggoff who claims to be antifa.

Lingering question: taking into account what damage has already been done, and crediting the lion's share (being generous here) to antifa, exactly what say at the end of this week will they have accomplished that struck a devastating blow to the U.S. government, and more particularly to the Trump administration??

You're wrong. It is highly financed and not just a domestic group. They communicate with media members and politicians. You may see the proof of this unfolding in the coming days if Barr does as promised. It has been reported he will expose them.
