Antifa isn't an actual organization. Trump knows this and is talking out of his arse as usual because it's what his supporters want to hear. This is as likely to happen as Mexico paying for the wall, jobs coming back from overseas, and locking up political enemies. Aside from that, being anti fascist is generally a good thing as is beating up white supremacists.

Studies on them have basically found them to be bored privileged white liberal kids. Not so much even anti fascist, more anti conservative basically. They have attacked right wing groups with no known extremist tendencies.
They have formed local groups and organizations, but do not claim to have any leadership, but with any group, certain people carry the weight to keep the organization and preparation going.

Just because they don't have a tax I.D. number doesn't mean they aren't an "organization".
They are identifiable as a group and have communication (organization) between each other.
They ARE being monitored. I know someone that is doing that.
