Miami is the only place where I could see it happen.
But in West Palm there are really only virtue signalers. When that black guy Corey Jones was murdered by the cop here a couple of years ago, the police and the DA served the cop up and he ended up getting 25 years. No riots. Just peaceful protests and the system did its job.

The way it should be done and it serves as an example for cities around the country. Too bad most Americans would prefer the divisiveness. They wouldn’t admit it but they do.
