It’s in the best shape I’ve ever seen it. Just finished playing there and I have zero complaints. Greens were very fast, reminded me of Calvert. Don’t hesitate to make the drive to Delhi.

The grass is growing in nicely. There weren’t any rakes in the bunkers so I pulled my ball out the couple times I was in one. They had what looked like pool noodles cut inside of the holes so that you didn’t have to reach down as far to get your ball. It was basically like putting on the putting green in that regard as far as depth.

That was my home course for over 2 years. That imo is the best overall course in Louisiana value wise. It is a demanding golf course that is always in very good shape and it’s only 55 to play. Moved back home to New Orleans and 50 bucks gets you a goat farm. And people wonder why golf is a dying sport in south Louisiana.

It was $45 yesterday and 33.50 after 3:30. I really want to start playing at least 27 if not 36 when I go from now on. It’s only $15 for the second 18 per the website.
