I think it takes more than 24 hours to determine and the fact you think there are answers, now, to those questions is an indication you're not sure what justice is, yourself. Being arrested is like 1/3rd of the equation.
But in our system of government those municipalities make arrests, a DA will choose whether or not to prosecute, etc. Lack of justice is the lack of their involvement. It's a high school graduate who can't understand the constitution determining that a certain crime didn't need DA approval to gauge reasonableness of charges based on evidence. Nope. It's, "I'm a representative of the government, you committed something I see as a crime, and now you are open to slaying." Arrests, sure. Shooting back if being shot at? Sure. But these are American citizens with inalienable rights. If you don't like those rules, sorry. Move.
Is THAT justice? Punishment fits the crime, sure. But dumbfrick cops aren't the arbiter.
Bonus: Shooting people will result in the destruction of black trust of the GOP forever. What little trust there was to begin with will be gone. The threats alone say more than any of you ideologues will ever admit.

Also, it's the same message I'd sent to people upset it took the Abrey murderers 3 months to get arrested...clamoring on about systemic racism or the justice system. Motherfricker, justice is slow. Who fricking taught you it was fast? For that matter, when did they stop teaching civics?

I think I’ve seen enough to know that arresting a business owner while ignoring the town burning down isn’t justice. It may be what Minnesota thinks is legally correct, but it’s not “just”.
