I'm playing right now because I wanted to play a game solo and dependent on only me. I am finding the game enjoyable and very time consuming. The fighting takes some time to get used to but the key is finding a fast travel spot in as many spots as you want. Yet I never know if I should fight for the Spartans or the Athenians. So I just went Spartans because of the movie 300.

The dynamic with Alexios (or Kassandra) is confusing and it's another reason why I prefer Bayek. You are a mercenary as well, so you fight both sides at any time, but they'll still ask you for help. I found a quest where a guy was tied up and left for wolves, and as he asked for help, Alexios responds with "I don't work for free, how will you pay me?"
Just seemed like a dick move for this "hero" of the game and I hope they don't teeter on that line for Valhalla. Although you're a viking so I'm sure you'll have those moments.
